By booking, purchasing, scheduling, or authorizing any service from Carvanti (“Carvanti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Service Agreement and Terms of Service. These terms form a binding part of the agreement between Carvanti and the Customer.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Customer acknowledges that vehicle detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, related automotive services involve working directly with vehicle surfaces, components, materials, electronics, finishes, and accessories.
Customer understands that vehicles may contain pre-existing damage, deterioration, defects, improper repairs, modifications, weakened materials, or normal wear and tear that may become visible or worsen during the service process.
By authorizing Carvanti to perform services, Customer agrees to these Terms of Service and acknowledges that Carvanti's services are performed subject to these terms.

ESTIMATES, PRICING & SERVICE CHANGES
All prices displayed on the Carvanti website, advertisements, menus, or other materials are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.
Final pricing may depend on:
- Vehicle size and type
- Vehicle condition
- Amount of contamination
- Pet hair
- Stains
- Odors
- Excessive dirt or debris
- Previous detailing products
- Paint condition
- Paint defects
- Required preparation
- Additional labor
- Requested add-ons
- Specialty materials
- Access to the vehicle
- Service location
Website pricing is based on information provided by the Customer and may not account for the actual condition of the vehicle.
If Carvanti determines before or during the service that additional work is necessary and the actual cost will exceed the original estimate, Carvanti may notify the Customer and provide the option to:
1 Approve the additional charge and continue the service; or
2 Proceed with the originally quoted service without the additional work.
Carvanti will not be required to perform additional work without authorization from the Customer.

VEHICLE CONDITION & EXTREME CONDITIONS
Carvanti reserves the right to determine whether a vehicle is in an extreme or substantially neglected condition.
Examples may include:
- Excessive trash or debris
- Heavy pet hair
- Excessive staining
- Bodily fluids
- Severe food contamination
- Mold or biological contamination
- Excessive mud
- Severe odors
- Heavy sand or dirt accumulation
- Severe paint contamination
- Excessive oxidation
- Neglected interiors
- Vehicles requiring substantially more labor than the selected service normally provides
An extreme-condition vehicle may require additional labor, additional services, or additional time.
Carvanti may decline to guarantee that a vehicle will be restored to a particular condition when the condition of the vehicle, materials, or surfaces prevents such a result.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED UNLESS SPECIFICALLY PURCHASED
Unless specifically included in the selected service, the following are generally not included:
- Removal of vehicle seats
Removal of interior panels, trim, or carpeting
- Undercarriage cleaning
- Extensive wheel-well cleaning
- Mechanical, electrical, or upholstery repairs
Paint or bodywork, dent repair Engine-bay detailing
- Glove-box cleaning when belongings remain inside
- Spare-tire compartments
- Severe bodily-fluid cleanup
- Mold remediation
- Hazardous-material cleanup
- Permanent stain removal
- Permanent odor removal
- Restoration of severely damaged materials
Carvanti may recommend a specialized service or third-party professional when a requested service falls outside the scope of automotive detailing.

BODILY FLUIDS, BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL & HAZARDOUS CONTAMINATION
Customer must disclose any known bodily fluids, biological contamination, hazardous substances, needles, chemicals, or other dangerous materials before service begins.
Carvanti reserves the right to refuse service involving hazardous or unsafe conditions.
Additional charges may apply for contamination requiring specialized cleaning, protective equipment, disposal, or additional labor.
Carvanti does not provide medical, hazardous-material, mold-remediation, or biohazard-remediation services unless expressly stated otherwise.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
Carvanti is not responsible for personal property left inside the vehicle, including but not limited to:
- Cash
- Jewelry
- Electronics
- Documents
- Tools
- Clothing
- Business property
- Collectibles
- Child-related items
- Other personal possessions
Carvanti will make reasonable efforts to avoid disturbing personal belongings and may place loose items together when practical; however, Customers should remove valuables before the appointment.

PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE & FRAGILE COMPONENTS
Carvanti is not responsible for damage, deterioration, defects, or failures that existed before service began.
This may include:
- Failing clear coat
- Peeling paint
- Oxidized paint
- Rust
- Cracked or deteriorated plastics
- Brittle trim
- Loose badges
- Loose moldings
- Previous bodywork
- Repainted panels
- Poor-quality repairs
- Improperly installed accessories
- Damaged leather or vinyl
- Damaged fabric
- Cracked glass
- Damaged wheels
- Weak or deteriorated adhesives
- Aftermarket modifications
- Existing scratches, dents, chips, or other defects
Customer is responsible for informing Carvanti of any known fragile, damaged, modified, repaired, or sensitive areas before service.

PAINT CORRECTION & POLISHING
Customer understands that paint correction and polishing are corrective processes that remove or reduce defects through controlled abrasion.
Results may vary depending on:
- Paint thickness
- Clear-coat thickness
- Paint hardness
- Previous polishing
- Previous bodywork
- Repainted panels
- Scratches
- Oxidation
- Etching
- Environmental damage
- Defects below the clear coat
Carvanti does not guarantee complete removal of every defect.
Deep scratches, sanding marks, severe oxidation, etching, cracking, peeling clear coat, and other defects may not be safely removable.
Carvanti will prioritize preservation of the vehicle's paint system over achieving complete defect removal.
Customer understands that attempting to remove certain defects completely may create an increased risk of paint or clear-coat failure.

CERAMIC COATINGS
Ceramic coating performance depends on proper preparation, installation, maintenance, environmental exposure, washing practices, chemical exposure, and other factors outside Carvanti's control.
Carvanti does not guarantee a coating will remain in a particular condition for a specific period unless an applicable manufacturer warranty or written Carvanti warranty expressly states otherwise.
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, may contain specific maintenance, inspection, registration, or service requirements.
Customer is responsible for following all required maintenance procedures necessary to maintain applicable coating warranties.
A warranty does not guarantee protection against scratches, rock chips, water spots, staining, chemical damage, accidents, improper washing, or physical damage.

DEPOSITS & SPECIALTY SERVICES
Certain services may require a deposit before an appointment is confirmed.
Deposits may be required for services including, but not limited to:
- Ceramic coatings
- Specialty installations
- Large or multi-day services
The required deposit amount will be disclosed to the Customer before payment.
If a Customer cancels after Carvanti has purchased custom materials or reserved substantial labor specifically for the Customer's vehicle, the deposit may be retained to the extent permitted by applicable law.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Carvanti may charge a cancellation or missed-appointment fee when an appointment is cancelled with insufficient notice or when the Customer fails to appear.
Any applicable cancellation fee will be disclosed during booking or otherwise communicated to the Customer.
Carvanti reserves the right to require a deposit or payment in advance from Customers who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, or fail to appear for appointments.

MOBILE SERVICE CONDITIONS
For mobile services, Customer is responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the vehicle and service location.
Depending on the service, Carvanti may require:
- Adequate working space
- Safe parking
- Reasonable access to the vehicle
- Appropriate lighting
- Access to electricity or water when specifically required
- Weather protection when necessary
Carvanti may postpone, reschedule, modify, or decline an appointment when weather, temperature, unsafe conditions, location restrictions, or other circumstances prevent the service from being performed safely or properly.
Carvanti is not responsible for delays caused by weather, unsafe locations, traffic, restricted access, utility problems, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Carvanti may require payment before releasing a vehicle or completing delivery of certain specialty services.
Customer authorizes Carvanti to charge an approved payment method on file for authorized services, approved additional work, applicable cancellation fees, or other amounts properly owed under these Terms.
Any unpaid balance may be subject to additional collection costs or late fees to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT FEES
If Carvanti applies a payment-processing or convenience fee, the fee and amount will be disclosed to the Customer before payment.
Any applicable fee will be charged only to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment-network rules.

COUPONS, PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions must be presented or entered at the time of booking.
- Promotions cannot be combined.
- Promotional offers may have expiration dates.
- Certain services may be excluded.
- Promotional pricing may vary by vehicle size or condition.
- Carvanti reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or promotional errors.
Carvanti may discontinue or modify promotions at any time unless otherwise prohibited by law.

GIFT CARDS
Carvanti gift cards may be used toward eligible Carvanti services as specified at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- Gift cards may not be combined with certain promotions.
- Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable.
- Gift-card restrictions will be subject to applicable law.

SERVICE SATISFACTION & RE-CLEAN POLICY
Carvanti strives to provide professional, high-quality service.
If Customer believes that a service was not performed according to the agreed scope, Customer must notify Carvanti as soon as reasonably possible after completion of the service.
Where appropriate, Carvanti may offer an inspection, correction, re-cleaning, or other reasonable remedy.
A re-clean or correction applies to workmanship or service-scope concerns and does no+t guarantee removal of permanent stains, scratches, damage, wear, defects, or conditions that cannot reasonably be corrected through the purchased service.
Customer must provide Carvanti a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, remedy the concern before seeking additional remedies, except where prohibited by law.

VEHICLE DAMAGE CLAIMS
If Customer believes that Carvanti caused damage to the vehicle during service, Customer must notify Carvanti as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the alleged damage.
Customer agrees to provide reasonable supporting information upon request, which may include:
- Photographs
- Videos
- Vehicle records
- Repair records
- Service records
- Prior photographs
- Information regarding previous damage or repairs
Carvanti may investigate the claim before determining responsibility.
The investigation may include reviewing:
- Before-and-after photographs
- Vehicle condition records
- Technician statements
- Customer statements
- Service records
- Vehicle history
- Prior repairs
- Existing vehicle conditions
- Other reasonably relevant evidence
Carvanti may withhold a final determination until it has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

IF CARVANTI IS DETERMINED TO BE RESPONSIBLE
If Carvanti determines that it is responsible for damage caused during the performance of the service, Carvanti may, subject to applicable law and these Terms:
1 Repair the affected area;
2 Re-perform the affected service;
3 Provide a refund or reimbursement related to the affected service; or
4 Refer the matter to applicable insurance.
The specific remedy will depend upon the circumstances, nature of the damage, applicable insurance coverage, and applicable law.
Submitting or referring a matter to insurance does not constitute an admission of liability beyond any determination made by Carvanti.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carvanti's liability arising from or relating to a service shall be limited to the amount paid by Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where a greater amount is required by applicable law or an applicable insurance policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carvanti shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of use, loss of income, loss of business, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VEHICLE DOCUMENTATION
Carvanti may photograph or record vehicles before, during, and after services for purposes including:
- Documenting vehicle condition
- Documenting completed work
- Quality control
- Damage investigations
- Training
- Internal records
Carvanti may separately request permission to use photographs or videos for advertising, social media, website content, or promotional purposes.
Customer may decline promotional use without affecting the ability to purchase services.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate vehicle information when booking.
- Disclose known damage or sensitive areas.
- Remove valuable personal belongings.
- Provide reasonable vehicle access.
- Provide accurate contact information.
- Follow post-service care instructions.
- Pay all authorized charges.
- Notify Carvanti promptly of any service concern or alleged damage.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in a change to the service price or scope.

REFUSAL OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Carvanti reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service when:
- The vehicle presents an unsafe condition.
- The requested service is outside Carvanti's capabilities.
- The vehicle contains hazardous materials.
- The Customer behaves abusively, threateningly, or unlawfully.
- The Customer fails to provide reasonable access.
- The Customer fails to make required payment.
- Conditions prevent the service from being performed safely or properly.
If service is terminated after work has begun, Customer may remain responsible for services or labor already performed, subject to applicable law.

TEXT MESSAGE & COMMUNICATION CONSENT
If Customer provides a mobile telephone number and elects to receive text messages from Carvanti, Customer may receive service-related communications such as:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Scheduling updates
- Service updates
- Payment notifications
- Customer-service communications
Marketing messages may be sent only where appropriate consent has been obtained.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the Customer's wireless plan.
Customer may opt out of promotional text messages by following the instructions provided in the applicable message.
Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily prevent Carvanti from sending necessary service-related communications.

WEBSITE TERMS & ONLINE BOOKINGS
Information displayed on the Carvanti website is provided for general informational and booking purposes.
Carvanti reserves the right to correct errors, update service descriptions, change pricing, modify availability, and discontinue services.
Submitting an online booking request does not necessarily guarantee that an appointment is confirmed unless Carvanti provides confirmation.
Customer is responsible for reviewing the selected service, vehicle information, appointment date, location, and applicable pricing before completing a booking.

THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS & MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES
Certain products used or sold by Carvanti may be manufactured by third parties.
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are subject to the manufacturer's own terms, exclusions, registration requirements, maintenance requirements, and claims procedures.
Carvanti does not independently guarantee a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

FORCE MAJEURE
Carvanti shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Power outages
- Water interruptions
- Traffic incidents
- Government restrictions
- Equipment failure
- Material shortages
- Supplier delays
- Acts of God
- Other circumstances beyond Carvanti's reasonable control
Carvanti will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected appointments.

GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Any dispute shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Utah, unless another venue is required by applicable law.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

NO WAIVER
Carvanti's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of Carvanti's right to enforce that provision in the future.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Carvanti may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version published on the Carvanti website will govern services booked after the effective date of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, submitting payment, or otherwise authorizing Carvanti to perform services on a vehicle, Customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these Terms of Service and agrees to be bound by them.
